  Our company have dealt with multiple AC/Heating vendors. But no one was as good as Discount Heating & Cooling. We had to install a humidifier in our server room. I the Discount Heating & Cooling and almost instantly was transferred to a manager called Steve. He was the one who managed the installation process later on. We agreed on terms, the price was reasonable. We scheduled the installation for the next week. The team came exactly on time. We confirmed the terms and proceeded with the installation. Steve's team was done in a couple of hours.
  
  Not only Discount Heating & Cooling was professional with getting the request from us and doing it, delivering the best quality, but when we had further questions, Steve has always been quick with reaching back to me the same day, often the same hour. He has been prompt with emails and phone calls. That's how a great company should treat customers, in my opinion. Thank you!
