  This company is terrible. They "service" our condo association laundry room and we've had nothing but problems with the payment card system. It's down all the time, they blame their third party vendor, Heartland, but they have not done enough to fix it. The system goes down for maintenance without warning, and our laundry has been for days at a time. The technicians get the brunt of the complaints, but obviously management does not care about having a sub-standard product.
  
  Its a laundry room, how do you screw up taking money to start a washing machine?
