  Jet's has some of the best deep dish of its kind I've ever had! You would think a statement like this automatically equals a 5 star rating and it really should but unfortunately that's not the whole story. The problem is they are extremely inconsistent. Even when they get the order correct, there's usually a pretty noticeable variation in the amount of toppings on the pizza, and 3 out of my last 4 orders have had issue beyond this, which is pretty difficult to do in my opinion, considering I've ordered nothing but one pizza each of those times. One issue was fairly minor, in that they simply forgot to make my pizza with the turbo crust. As minor as this sounds though, I feel like that's one of the things that really sets their pizza apart from others, so it's actually worse than it seems. Now, the 2nd time, they made the wrong pizza altogether - I ordered the Aloha BBQ Chicken and got the Hawaiian instead. I understand how the 2 could've been confused, but it's still unacceptable. The 3rd time was the worst of the 3, when my pizza came literally cold and raw in the middle. I will say that each time the manager was very nice and apologetic when I called do complain, and offered either a replacement right away or to comp my next order, but this isn't really satisfying after the 1st couple occurrences. Even with the comp on my account, I haven't been able to bring myself to order from there since. Having said all this, I feel like my 3 star rating is actually generous, despite how great the pizza is when it's made right, but because of this I'm still trying to give them some leeway and hoping they can get it together in the future, though it'll probably still be a while before I bring myself to give them another chance.
